Train with Forerunners North Shore through the last weeks of winter and into the spring for the BMO Marathon or Half Marathon on May 1st, 2022.
This clinic includes Tuesday evening workouts (6:20 pm), Saturday morning long runs (8:00 am), a detailed training schedule, twice weekly workout newsletters, and email access to Coach Jerry.

Coming off the ‘First Half’ Half Marathon on February 13th, our first long run on Saturday, February 19th will be an easy introduction run of 10 or 18 km and the following Saturday we will jump up to 12 km or 24 km. We recommend that you be capable of running 10 km before starting your half marathon build up and 21 km before starting your marathon build up.
