Our ever popular Wednesday Night Running Clinic is back for fall.
Wednesday nights at 6:30, our team will guide the group through various workouts. It’s fun, it’s welcoming, and you’ll be glad you ran with us. We’ll make you laugh, we’ll make you sweat. Whether you just want to work on your fitness or you have a goal in mind, this clinic has something for everyone.
We will rotate between various workout types (intervals, pyramids, hills, etc) over 13 weeks. There will be 7 different pace groups from “somewhat beginner” to “slightly fast”…..there is truly something for everyone.
